Christine Mac - Math teacher

Hello, my name is Christine and I am a math teacher at Vantage Point. I am originally from Michigan, where I attended Eastern Michigan University. I moved to Colorado in 2005 and did my student teaching at John F. Kennedy High School in Denver. I worked for the last two years at Adams City High School in Commerce City.

Education is important to me. I recently completed my master's degree in mathematics education through the University of Northern Colorado, and I anticipate that I will continue taking classes my whole life. I believe that the study of mathematics is fascinating. Math helps develop problem solving skills that are useful in all areas of life. Believe it or not, everyone uses math every day.

When I am not at school I like to hike, camp, snowboard, take road trips, walk my dog, and hang out with my partner. I have visited 34 states and 4 countries. I love to listen to music. I study, plan lessons, and snowboard listening to music and I firmly believe that it helps me to be successful.

Please feel free to contact me at (720) 972-8357 or e-mail.
