Welcome to my webpage! My name is Leroy C. Velasquez and I have been teaching for eleven years and nine of those years at Vantage Point. I teach Social Studies and am currently the CAI coordinator which is the Adams 12 District expelled program. I used to be a District 12 student and I became a teacher because I wanted to give back to this district and to this community.

My educational background includes a BA in Behavioral Science and a Minor in History from Metro State College and a MA in Educational Administration. The reason I love teaching at Vantage Point High School is: I love working with at-risk students and encouraging them to work towards their goals so they can be productive citizens. I teach the following classes: World Geography, and Psychology, CIA Group classes.
