Students will shadow teachers, school leaders, and other staff in various roles of elementary education. Westview Elementary is home to students in Preschool through 5th grade.  We are located near Danahy Park on Roseanna Drive in Northglenn.  Our goal is to have more community partners involved in our school this upcoming year.  We are looking for community members that would help model how to be respectful, how to take ownership, how to have a good attitude, and how to be responsible.  These are our four scholarly characteristics that we teach at Westview.  Working with small groups of students playing math games and finishing group projects, reading with individual students, monitoring our Genius Lab located in the library, and helping at recess teaching students how to play group games are opportunities that are available.  Our specials teachers (Art, Music, and PE) would also appreciate having assistance in their classrooms.
